Long Distance Healing
A meditative conversation to tune into the mind-body connection, calming your nervous system with Distance Reiki, and Sound Healing.
Massage
Let go of built-up stress in the Nervous System. Massage stimulates relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. Massage supports Lymphatic System, tones muscles, reduces inflammation, scar tissue, and promotes mobility. Petra offers Aromatherapy, LaStone Massage Treatment, Maternity Massage and Swedish Massage.
Reiki
Hands-on energy healing. To encourage emotional well-being and restore physical healing. Reiki will boost your natural healing system, clearing past emotional trauma, and giving you more peace and self-confidence.
Skin Treatments
To nourish your body with treatments targeted to clean, exfoliate, hydrate, and protect your skin through the all the seasonal changes in our weather. See your skin glowing, more luminous, hydrated in optimum condition.
Zero Balancing
Focuses primarily on key joints of our skeleton that conduct and balance forces of gravity, posture and movement. This treatment releases deep tension in your bones, joints, and soft tissue. Afterwards, you may feel lighter, freer, energized, and more in tune with yourself.

Chair Yoga - Summer Session begins June 24
Wednesday's 1:00-2:00 PM
Petra's Wednesday mid-day Chair Yoga is a modified form of Yoga where traditional Yoga poses are practiced while sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. It is an accessible and gentle way for people of all abilities to enjoy the benefits of Yoga, including increased flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. $20 per class. Sign up required.
Kripalu Yoga ~ Summer Session begins June 25
Thursday's 12:30-1:30 PM
Petra's Thursday mid-day Yoga classes combine the best of Kripalu Yoga and Mindfulness Yoga.
$20 per class. More details on Yoga page. Students are welcome 15 minutes prior the start of class; to get settled in and have a quite meditation space. Sign-up is required.
